Our pre-treatment facilities are in-house allowing us to meet the Australian Standard of not-more-than four hours between pre-treatment and coating. The result – the best possible adhesion.

We have full facilities to ensure the best preparation for both ferrous and non-ferrous metals.

We have a five-stage chromating process for the preparation of aluminium, cleaning the surface with acid and water, before dipping in chromate and washing. This gives the aluminium protection against corrosion as well as providing adhesion for the powder coating.

We can accommodate jobs large and small, with the 4.5m wide and 2m deep chromating tanks.

We have two onsite sandblasting rooms which means we can coat our jobs within the Australian Standard of not-more-than four hours.

Sand blasting cleans the steel of any rust and imperfections, giving a clean surface to coat, as well as adhesion for the powder or paint to stick to.

Our large room has dimensions 6m long x 3.8m wide x 2.5m high, to handle most big jobs.

We also have a smaller room perfect for smaller jobs.
